Public computers are available in all our libraries by advanced booking or on a first come, first served basis.

Use your library card number and password to sign into the public computers up to four times a day for a total of 90 minutes. Guest tickets can sign into the public computers for 15 minutes only.

Public computers automatically shut down 15 minutes prior to closing of the library, and cannot be extended past this time.

To see current availability and ensure a computer is available to you, make a reservation in advance using our online booking system. You will need your library card number and password to sign in and make a booking. Computer bookings are only held for 5 minutes after your start time and will automatically elapse if not signed in by then.

Public printers are available in all our libraries on a first come, first served basis. All public printers can print, photocopy and scan documents to email or a USB drive.

You can print from our public computers. Booking a computer in advance is encouraged to ensure a computer is available. You can print files saved on a USB drive, from the internet, from web-based email services, or documents created using Microsoft Office Applications.

You can print from your own device using our mobile printing service. You will need to sign in with your library card number and password to upload your documents from your laptop, tablet or smartphone. If you are not a member, you can sign in using a free guest ticket. Once your documents are uploaded, simply visit one of our library branches, add the required money to your library card or guest ticket, and sign into the printer to release your document. Guest tickets last 24 hours. Unspent funds on a guest ticket cannot be refunded.

You can make copies of documents in A4 and A3 sizes in all our libraries using the public printers. Public printers are available on a first come, first served basis.

If you are a member, credit must be added to your library card before signing in to the public printers.

If you are not a member, you can purchase a guest ticket and add the required credit to the ticket. Guest tickets last 24 hours. Unspent funds on a guest ticket cannot be refunded.

You can scan documents up to A3 sizes for free using the public printers in all our libraries. Public printers are available on a first come, first served basis.

Documents can be scanned to an email address or to a USB drive. You can purchase a USB drive or borrow one from the library. If you borrow a USB drive, please ensure all documents have been deleted from the drive before returning it to staff.

To scan a document, you must sign in to the public printer using your library card number and password, or a free guest ticket.
